The Warren Athletic Hall of Fame logo, featuring an artist's depiction of Warren native Chief Massasoit of the Wampanoag Nation, was displayed on the front of the banquet podium.

Athlete Inductee Peter Babbitt was named to the All State football team of 1963. Of the winning extra point in the Warren High Redskins' 14-13 defeat of Bristol, Coach Pat Abbruzzi said, "I put my best runner (Jerry Marino) behind my best blocker (Babbitt) and hoped for the best."

Larry Kilroy, son of Old Timer Inductee Arthur "Red" Kilroy and Committee chairman and 2001 Contributor Inductee Jack Flynn. Red starred for a number of Frank Keaney's Rhode Island State (later URI) point-a-minute fives in the early '30s.

Athlete Inductee Steve Shoren and Committee member and 2005 Athlete Inductee Butch Lombardi. An All State football tackle, Steve was the first recipient of the Warren High Edward Boulanger Most Valuable Player Award.

Athlete Inductee Kevin Martel and Committee chairman and 2001 Contributor Inductee Jack Flynn. An All State wrestler at Warren High School, Kevin garnered All New England Division Three honors in all four of his college seasons.

Athlete Inductee Ray Ouellette and Committee member Jay Ferreira. Ray was named to the 1974 All State Wrestling team a year after he helped lead the undefeated Warren High squad to both the Suburban East and Suburban State titles. (Jay created the Hall of Fame's website and is currently its Webmaster.)

Athlete Inductee Ron Silva and Committee member and 1999 Athlete Inductee Beth Penkala. As Mt. Hope High School's Athlete Director, Beth is the "boss" of Head Football Coach Ron, who, in turn, was an All Stater while at Warren High School.

Coach Inductee Michael "Bird" Witherell and Committee member Jim McMahon. For over thirty years, Bird has coached the youth of Warren - primarily in Little League Baseball, the Indoor Soccer League, and the Youth/Pop Warner Football League.
