The DeWolf house, on the northwest corner of Main and Baker Streets, later served as the home of the Warren Preservation Society. (DeWolf's Pharmacy was the predecessor of Delekta's Pharmacy.) Later in the season Coach Jim Sullivan took Jake Healey, Bob Hunt, "Red" Kilroy, and Terry Martin to see Boston University take on Holy Cross. (Kilroy and Martin are members of the Athletic Hall of Fame.)

Standing: Leo Crowe; Ulderic "Sheik" Dallaire; Charlie Burdge; leading scorer Tom O'Brien; and Lou Bernardo. Their only two losses were to the number one team in the state, Mt.
