Team Portfolio:

After finishing second in the regular season, this team first defeated Shea by two points in the Class C semifinals and then downed Exeter/West Greenwich, 47-43, in double overtime to capture the Class C playoff title.  (They had lost to both of these teams during the regular season.)

     Carrie Hicks was named the tournament’s Most Valuable Player after garnering nineteen points, twenty-four rebounds, and five of the team’s last six points in the title match.

     Marrisa Lopes was the coach of this team during this most memborable season.

     While nobody on this team was named All State, Hicks and Jodi Kopecky were designated first team All Class C. 

     Carrie Hicks (Rollins), and Jodi Kopecky are members of the Warren Athletic Hall of Fame.

     Jodi Kopecky is also a member of the Bristol Athletic Hall of Fame.
